My favorite recipe would have to be a homemade salsa recipe that my cousin gave me.
It's super simple and very healthy!
1 can of whole tomato's (juice and all)
1 can of rotel original
a dash of salt
a dash of cilantro
a dash of pepper
a tsp of vinegar
(if you put too much, put a dash of sugar)
optional: If you like really spicy salsa, add a couple of jalapeno slices
a tsp of extra virgin olive oil.
Put in a blender and grate to consistency that you like! Put in the fridge or enjoy as is! It's super easy. It took me one try to get it down. Everything is really to taste, the rotel provides a lot of the spice, so you don't have to go all crazy with other stuff! Hope you enjoy!
